**** UPDATE: Photos from the 2012 TOP LOCAL CHEF competition! ****

Come check out the area's top chefs' newest-creations, their sauciest dishes to date. Each chef is bringing a never-before-served specialty created with Intensity Academy's newest sauce, the Chai Sweet Chilli. And YES, you get to try them all!

Last year's event packed the house and sold out, so make sure to get your tickets early!

The event is sponsored by Illuminated Publishing (I Choose and I Choose Too). Join us Sunday, May 20, to find out who will be chosen the Top Local Chef!

The Chefs
The Spot Bar And Grill, St. Petersburg: "Between the two of us, we have 50+ yrs in the food industry and with our Latin background and openness to try new and unique foods we have managed to create great flavor pairings or a fusion of flavors whether it's a burger or a steak. We love food and are very motivated to share our passion and love it with everyone."

Twisted Cork Grille, St. Petersburg:  "We were there last year! We want another shot at the title!!

The Taste Junction, St. Petersburg: "I'm going to be The Saucy King because I take ingredients that everyone is afraid to combine and make that X-factor into a special dish. I challenge all chefs, cooks, etc, and I'll chop them down one by one"

Wimauma, Tampa: "I can bring the heat in and out the kitchen with a ton of creativity!"

Saint Joseph's Hospital North, Lutz: "The look on their faces is going to be epic when a hospital chef kicks their  butts."
