First "omakase" restaurant opens in downtown St. Pete

Posted By Robert Sitten, Thursday, March 1, 2018

Sushi Sho Rexley, downtown St. Pete's first "omakase" sushi restaurant, has opened at 214 Second Street N.

"Omakase" is a Japanese phrase meaning, "I'll leave it up to you." In the restaurant's case, it means letting the chef choose the dishes.  "Sho" is someone who  strives to achieve  perfection through their craft.

Brothers Arte and Rexley Kwok are serving sushi, sashimi and Japanese craft beer. Visit their Facebook page to stay updated.
