Longtime St Pete Book Store Moving

Wilsons Book World, a destination for St. Petersburg book lovers and browsers since 1971, is moving from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard into a new home.


On Jan. 6, 2018, the store will reopen at 535 16th St. N.  The shop, opened by Helen Wilson and now run by her son, Jeff Morris, boasts more than a quarter of a million “antiquarian and used” volumes, according to its Facebook page.


"If you seek a friendly atmosphere, wide variety of titles and subjects combined with a knowledgeable staff you'll feel right at home here at Wilson's," they write on their website,
