Skate shop goes mobile

Posted By Robert Sitten, Wednesday, December 13, 2017

Local Longboards, a favorite of St. Petersburg skateboarders with its artistic board designs, has left its Central Avenue location and gone on the road with a mobile shop. Owner Travis Hise will take his van full of skate gear and T-shirts at local markets on a week-by-week basis, according to I Love the Burg.

The company has been designing and manufacturing longboards and skateboards since 2013. Its manufacturing center is at 790 Freemont Tere S St. Petersburg.
