Eight businesses will band together on July 28 to showcase locally owned businesses in the Seminole, Florida area. The participating businesses are just a few of the members in the growing Buy Local Seminole Initiative, a joint program run by LocalShops1 and the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce designed to promote the city’s small business community.
This Buy Local Seminole Party is open to the public from 4 to 7pm, with free admission, appetizers and raffle tickets, plus a cash bar and the opportunity to meet the business owners and community leaders at the forefront of the buy local movement. The event will be held at the restaurant within the Seminole Lake Country Club.
Raffle prizes include a $100 gift certificate from Inside homes, massage and spa services from East Meets West Massage & Spa, professional BBQ tool set from Bell Contracting and Design and a tote bag from Active Security. Other participating businesses include Adam and Eve Day Spa, Blue Collar Golf LocalShops1 and Sombra Coffee.
