Don't Do This: Inc magazine spotlights the top 5 most common marketing mistakes, and topping that list is not knowing or understanding your customers and their needs. Too often, the writer says, the business owner is so focused on their product, that they don't take the time to step back and see things from the customer's perspective. A brilliant ad campaign isn't one that wins awards; it's one that brings business.
7 Ways to Relieve Stress: There's no way to avoid it, but there are ways to cope with it, and we're not talking just about taking deep breaths. Some things that can help include drinking more water, singing, laughing and keeping vacation photos nearby!
"A Grown-Up Home Room:" The first hour of your day can make all the difference, Fast Company magazine writes.
