Get ready for the biggest Shopping Event of the year! Admission is FREE.

Shopapalooza, held the Saturday before Thanksgiving, will have "Black Friday” type deals from over 100 independently owned shops and vendors.

There will be food, music, entertainment, prizes, surprises, and awesome shops, all locally owned and operated.

We'll also have an awesome kids' section, complete with face-painting, crafts, music, dance, and a bouncy house!

The event, organized by LocalShops1, is presented by the City of St. Pete and the St. Petersburg Chamber. Event sponsors include Illuminated Publishing, American Stage Theatre Co., Grand Kitchen & Bath and Yelp!

The Lowdown:

On Beach Drive, adjacent to the waterfront, and just a few blocks from Central Ave, it is a trendy area with heavy foot traffic from both locals and tourists.

We give them an event to showcase our community.Local business adds character. Over 100 locally owned businesses working together makes an event uniquely ours, one that shouts "Tampa Bay!” Remind residents why they moved here, and show visitors that this is a place like no other.


How: Black Friday meets a massive street festival
