Purple Dot Yoga Project raises awareness about domestic violence and relationship abuse and using yoga as a tool to help support and empower survivors. The Purple Dot Yoga Project started with a simple desire to empower the individual from victim to survivor, and help them in realizing their strength and worth as powerful people through the practice of yoga. Kate Berlin quit her corporate banking job and started PDYP after yoga helped her break the cycle of domestic violence.
