Chrysalis Helping Client Through Crisis

Posted By LocalShops1, Thursday, April 2, 2015

In early February, the husband of one of Chrysalis' clients was involved in a terrible accident at home, leaving him with burns over half his body. Fortunately, there were neighbors nearby who were medical professionals and Paul was air-lifted to the burn unit at Tampa General Hospital where he is recovering still.

"This has been a devastating blow to an active, vibrant family and as you can imagine, the medical and other expenses are astronomical," writes Cheryl Lyndsey, Chrysalis' owner.  "Since I came to clinical aesthetics via burn care, wound care and scar management, I know that this will be a long road to recovery for the whole family and am I compelled to help in any way I can."

Through April, the Chrysalys is donating a portion of all proceeds from skincare packages and promotions to the family. The Chrysalys is a skincare studio at 2454 McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater.

Contributions may also be given directly to the family through a fund set up at SunTrust Bank. For information contact  Annie Middleton at the branch on Memorial Highway in Tampa, at  813-498-4694.
