LocalShops1 member Mary Skinner, chef/owner of FineDine Organic Cuisine, is offering a cooking demonstration during the fifth annual Tampa Bay Veg Fest, on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park on the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa. The event takes place 10 am to 5 pm, and admission is free. Chef Mary's demonstration is scheduled for 3:30 to 4:30 pm.
In business since 2007, Chef Mary has cooked for athletes, professionals and retirees who have been prescribed specific diets to improve their health or fight disease. Chef Mary trained at New York City’s Natural Gourmet Institute, the nation’s leading culinary school for plant based cuisine. She follows the principles of the founder, AnneMarie Colbin, authored of "Food & Healing."
