Natural Birth & Baby Expo

The Natural Birth & Baby Expo takes place 11 am to 4 pm  Saturday, April 26, at Corbett Preparatory School of IDS in Carrollwood. A $5 donation per family is requested.

Here is what you'll find:
  • Great Cloth Diaper Change, hosted by LocalShops1 member Growing Up. The Great Cloth Diaper Change is a global effort to break the world record for the number of cloth diapers changed at the same time. registration required. Sign in will begin at 10:30, and the event happens at exactly 11:00 am. The main hall of Natural Birth and Baby Expo opens to the public immediately afterward!
  • Cloth diapering information and demonstration booth 
  • Baby Wearing Pavilion, where parents can learn from experienced baby wearers, try on carriers and make new friends
  • Moms Tent, a place to snuggle up and nurse your little one and meet other moms
  • Guest speakers
  • Playground and large field  to let the big kids get out all of their energy
  • Expo vendors including midwives, birth centers, doulas, educators, photographers, nutrition and fitness experts, natural product retailers, chiropractors, family service providers, non-profit educational organizations and more
  • Concession stand, food vendors and picnic area
  • Raffle and goody bags for the first 200 guests
  • Entertainment including a drum circle, face painting, belly painting and balloon animals
