Three Birds Newsletter

Tis the season to enjoy family, friends, good food and good drink. You've been asking about our holidays hours, so here it is:

Christmas Eve - 11 am - 7 pm

Christmas Day - 7 pm - 1 am

New Year's Eve - 11 am - 2 am

New Year's Day - 11 am - 1 am

The bar will be open Christmas Day, but our kitchen will be closed, and we will be hosting a potluck, allowing you to bring food in to share with one another.

Week's End Dinner Special

Week's End Dinner Menu

1st course - marinated tomato & zucchini salad
2nd course - pan-seared tilapia, risotto potatoes & sauteed asparagus with a mussel cream sauce
3rd course - Gâteau St. Honoré (gah-toe saint on-or-ay) - Named for the patron saint of bakers, this is a confection with a pâte brisé (pie crust) base, a ring of pâte à choux on the outside with little pâte à choux puffs affixed to the outside with caramel, and then filled with pastry cream.

Plus, you choose any one of our 19 drafts, or a glass of house wine, all for just $23. Every Friday and Saturday, 5 to 11 pm, and menu changes weekly.


What does the name mean? Passerine is the common name for the order of birds that includes not only songbirds known for the sweetness of their songs but the raven, a bird known in myth as the companion of deities, as a courier who inspires laughter and reveals truth, and as a trickster whose appetite for life brings wisdom, healing and great acts of creativity.


Music from the heart and soul. Evan Taylor Jones is a singer, songwriter, and performer from Orlando, FL. He brings a unique energy both to the recording studio and the stage, and is currently working on his debut full-length album which will show off this energy.


On their way to the National Championship Game? #1 FloridaState University takes on Duke, and #2 Ohio State Universitytakes on Michigan State. This Saturday, at 8 pm, and we want you to watch with us. So, two lucky fans will get their tab comped at the end of the game!

Wear either your FSU or OSU gear, and get your name entered into a drawing to have your tab COMPED at the end of the game. Must be in team gear, tab must be in your name, and must be present to win, with an open tab, at the end of the game. One FSU fan will win, and one OSU fan will win. Will it be you?


Dog Friendly Patio


Remember that our noth patio is dog friendly, and we love your fur family members, so bring them along with you when you come in for lunch or dinner.
