The St. Pete Art Mash is looking for artists who want to show, sell and share their work during the Second Saturday Art Walk, Nov. 9, at Georgie's Alibi in St. Petersburg.
Cost to participate is $30 and the artist keeps 100 percent of sales.
St. Pete Art Mash's goals are to provide commission-free events to local artists: both traditional and non-traditional; to include art in all mediums (visual, photographic, sculptural, performance, musical, sculptural, etc.); to give artists a platform for increased visibility and sales during Artwalk St. Petersburg; and to help promote available spaces for the Central Arts District and the Warehouse Arts District.
"We find an available location and transform the location into a pop-up art show," explains St. Pete Mash's Thompson Kellett. "We arrange for a trolley stop and a location for artist's to show their work."
To participate in the show e-mail samples of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org. Setup is from 10 am to 1 pm day of the event.
