Three Birds Tavern Celebrates Three Years

Posted By Three Birds Tavern, Friday, September 21, 2012

October marks the three year anniversary of Three Birds Tavern at 1492 4th Street North in St. Petersburg.  The old farm house at the corner of 4th Street North and 15th Avenue has seen nearly 150 years of history, the past 25 or so years hosting a restaurant or pub.  Jack and Robin King moved to Florida from Ohio in 1999, purchased the property, and have spent most of the three years improving the building, property, food, drink and atmosphere.

Our new fall menu comes out early October, created by Chef Domenica Macchia and owner Robin King, offering classic dishes with a unique twist; Billionaire Bacon, Hog Heaven sandwich, lamb burger, Hot & Sassy pork loin, Certified Angus Beef hanger steak, Bacon & Bourbon Creme Brulee and caramel covered Granny Smith apples.

Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, pet friendly, 19 beers on tap, and a hand-picked wine list with some unique finds.  LS1 members receive a free glass of wine or bottle of domestic beer with the purchase of a sandwich or entree.
