Pat and Elias Sanchez opened Everything Eclectic on Jan. 1, 2011, to foster the arts ad local community groups. They wanted to create an "opportunity for not only ourselves but people in our
community," Pat Sanchez says. "We opened a consignment store that supports local artists,
artisans and business."
Best part of being biz owner? Wearing many hats, working as long as it takes and watching a creation blossom.
Most challenging part? Having to leave the building behind to branch out in different areas.
Advice for newbies? Stay focused, positive and patient. Nothing worth having comes quickly.
If you could go back in time ... I would be younger.
How do you balance life & work? God,
Wife, mother, grandmother. Life's real rewards. Never let anyone else
tell you what you are worth. Set the bar high and reach for it. Everything Eclectic is a collection of everything eclectic.
Anything else? We
are a community liason between local artists, local businesses and
local non-profits. When we work together as a community, we become
stronger. By helping each other we help ourselves. Our business is young
but you will hear a lot from us. Our events will support business,
artists and our charity
